Goodbye....

Hey there! I guess I finish where I started…72 days ago I sat here in Costa with my head in my hands wondering how the heck I am to write a blog. Here I am 10 weeks later, and I would like to say I’ve made progress and learnt something new! Speaking of progress, this morning myself and some friends held a workshop on big data and business intelligence (not something I thought I would ever do and even more, enjoy). Building CRM knowledge and earn credentials.

Hey there!!

I’m back again! This week we were talking about customer relationship management and learning how to use it. Certifications from Salesforce can also improve your CV while helping you build your career.

1.       Close more Sale deals with opportunities

Opportunities for business arise, and each opportunity that arise is viewed as a stage. Salesforce relies on stages to monitor development and guarantee success while providing instructions on how to proceed to the next step. Important team members must be informed and organised in order for all staff to see the progress and mark when its completed.

2.       B2B marketing Analytics Plus

B2B marketing enables employees to manage and understand campaigns and programmes but also be able to predict future trends. It enables integration of internal and external data, while feeding the data into custom reports. Marketers can link directly through B2B using Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

3.       Getting to know the marketing cloud

The marketing cloud allows the company to communicate with customers individually. They added a human element to it by making customer service the service point of their operations. As a result, they may develop meaningful customer experiences and interact with customers in real time. This strengthens and improves the relationship by adapting to the needs where the customer is.

Once again,

Thanks for keeping me company 😊
